If you've toured with us over the years, you'll know me as John. I've been lucky enough to be part of the Celticos team for several years.
The well-respected Alwyn Griffith of Felinheli set up Celticos in 2008 and built it up over the years. Carl Mather later joined as co-owner to help grow the company, and it earned an outstanding reputation.
A few years later I joined the team, and leading private guided tours for some fantastic people through North Wales, Snowdonia and beyond has been hugely rewarding. It's been a real privilege.
Today I'm very excited to announce that I'm now the new, proud owner of Celticos!
I'm honoured to step into Alwyn's shoes and build on what he created over the last 15 years. And we're neighbours, which is a bonus! With his experience, and his original values and vision for Celticos to draw on, I intend to keep up the standards Celticos is known for and keep improving the business with new ideas.
Our Aim
Celticos has always been about good private guided tours, so our customers can discover Wales for themselves. Whether it's the landscapes of Snowdonia, which look like paintings, or the history of North Wales, we want your day with us to be one you remember for years.
I'm going to build on that, with some new additions to our service. We'll tell you more about what's in the works soon!
Why stop at tours?
As well as our highly regarded tours, we now offer executive private hire services in North Wales and across the UK: airport and seaport transfers and long-distance journeys, with the same relaxed, personal service we're known for.
