The Erskine Arms is a Georgian inn within the medieval town walls of Conwy, built in the 1830s and for many years owned by the Erskine family, significant landowners in the area in the 19th century. Charlotte Brontë stayed here on her wedding tour in 1854.
A complete renovation in 2017 gave the inn boutique bedrooms and a new kitchen in the cellars serving fresh food alongside good beer. Further rooms are in Y Capel, a Grade II listed Baptist chapel of 1846 converted into accommodation in 2019.
